आप के साथ नहीं बन रही बात
कांग्रेस पार्टी ने भी अब आम आदमी पार्टी से दूरी बनानी शुरू कर दी है क्योंकि दोनों पार्टियों के बीच सीट बंटवारे की बात नहीं बन रही है। लेकिन तालमेल नहीं होने का एकमात्र कारण यही नहीं है कि दोनों में सीट बंटवारा फाइनल नहीं हो पाया है। इसके अलावा एक कारण राजनीति है और दूसरा वैचारिक है। सबसे पहला कारण तो आम आदमी पार्टी की ज्यादा सीटों पर लडऩे और अलग अलग राज्यों में लड़ कर कांग्रेस की मदद से अपना आधार बड़ा करने की है। इसी योजना के तहत अरविंद केजरीवाल की पार्टी ने गुजरात और असम में उम्मीदवार की घोषणा कर दी। उसके बाद खुद केजरीवाल ने पहले पंजाब में सभी 13 सीटों पर लडऩे का ऐलान किया और उसके बाद दिल्ली में भी सभी सात सीटों पर लडऩे का संकेत दिया। कहा जा रहा है कि जल्दी ही केजरीवाल की पार्टी हरियाणा और गोवा में भी उम्मीदवार घोषित करेगी।
कांग्रेस के जानकार सूत्रों का कहना है कि पार्टी की अलग अलग राज्य इकाइयों और नेशनल एलायंस कमेटी ने पार्टी नेतृत्व को केजरीवाल की रणनीति के बारे में आगाह किया। कांग्रेस उनसे तालमेल में अपना राजनीतिक नुकसान देख रही है। पार्टी के नेताओं का कहना है कि जहां केजरीवाल मजबूत हैं वहां उनकी मदद के बावजूद कांग्रेस को बहुत फायदा नहीं होना है। लेकिन जहां केजरीवाल की पार्टी का वजूद नहीं है वहां अगर कांग्रेस ने उनके लिए सीटें छोड़ीं तो वहां आम आदमी पार्टी का आधार मजबूत होगा। मिसाल के तौर पर असम में या हरियाणा में कांग्रेस तालमेल करके लड़ेगी तो बेशक आप को दो-तीन सीट ही मिले लडऩे के लिए लेकिन इन दोनों राज्यों में उसका आधार मजबूत होगा। ध्यान रहे केजरीवाल हरियाणा के रहने वाले हैं लेकिन तमाम प्रयास के बावजूद पिछले 12 साल में वे अपने गृह राज्य में पैर रखने तक की जगह नहीं बना पाए हैं। तभी वे कांग्रेस की मदद से जमने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
कांग्रेस के जानकार नेताओं का कहना है कि अगर केजरीवाल दिल्ली में कांग्रेस के लिए सीट छोड़ते हैं तभी कांग्रेस को कोई फायदा होगा। इसके अलावा किसी भी राज्य में दोनों के साथ मिल कर लडऩे का फायदा सिर्फ और सिर्फ केजरीवाल को होगा। कांग्रेस के एक नेता ने अनौपचारिक बातचीत में कहा कि दिल्ली में जब कांग्रेस मजबूत थी तब उसने केजरीवाल को समर्थन दिया था, जिसके बाद कांग्रेस का वोट उनके साथ चला गया और कांग्रेस जीरो पर गई। अब केजरीवाल मजबूत हैं और अगर उनके समर्थन से कांग्रेस लड़ती है तो वह अपना कुछ खोया हुआ वोट वापस हासिल कर सकती है।
राजनीतिक पहलू के अलावा एक वैचारिक पहलू भी है, जिसे लेकर कांग्रेस के नेता आशंकित भी हैं और अपने लिए संभावना भी देख रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि केजरीवाल की पार्टी ने राममंदिर कार्यक्रम के दिन यानी 22 जनवरी को पूरी दिल्ली में सुंदरकांड का पाठ कराया था और अब हर महीने के पहले मंगलवार को इसके आयोजन का ऐलान किया है। इस बीच केजरीवाल पूरे परिवार के साथ अयोध्या दर्शन के लिए भी गए हैं। वे साथ में पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान को भी ले गए हैं। कांग्रेस को लग रहा है कि भाजपा जैसी ही राजनीति करने से मुस्लिम मतदाता केजरीवाल का साथ छोड़ सकते हैं और फिर कांग्रेस की ओर वापस लौट सकते हैं। इसलिए भी कांग्रेस के नेता अलग लडऩे की संभावना पर विचार कर रहे हैं।
