निर्वाचन टीम को पोलिंग बूथ तक लाने वाले वाहनों का किराया तय

देहरादून। इलेक्शन सीजर मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम (ई.एस.एम.एस) के तहत राज्य में अभी तक 3 करोड़ 60 लाख मूल्य की जब्ती हुई है। सबसे अधिक जब्ती 81 लाख मूल्य की हरिद्वार में, 71 लाख मूल्य की उधमसिंह नगर में और 67 लाख मूल्य की देहरादून में जब्ती हुई है। अपर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी विजय कुमार जोगदंडे ने बताया कि एनडीपीए एक्ट के मामलों में 01 करोड़ एक लाख मूल्य की जब्ती, एक्साइज की 01 करोड़ 03 लाख मूल्य की जब्ती और 48 लाख रूपये कैस की जब्ती हुई है। पुलिस ने 3.25 करोड़ मूल्य की जब्ती, आबकारी विभाग ने 27 लाख की जब्ती आचार संहिता लगने के बाद की है। ई.एस.एम.एस पर सभी एक्टिविटी को दर्ज किया जाता है।
अपर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने कहा कि निर्वाचन टीमों को पोलिंग बूथ तक लेने के लिए जिन वाहनों का इस्तेमाल किया जायेगा, इस बार उनका किराया बढ़ाया गया है। पहले छोटे वाहनों के लिए 750 रूपये, बड़े वाहनों के लिए 1800 रूपये उनके किराये का शुल्क तय किया गया था, इस बार इसको बढ़ाते हुए छोटे वाहनों के लिए 1430 रूपये बड़े वाहनों के लिए 2840 रूपये और 30 सीटर से बड़े वाहनों के लिए 3800 रूपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से किराया शुल्क तय किया गया है। ईंधन का शुल्क अलग से वहन किया जायेगा। वाहन चालकों के लिए पहली बार 150 रूपये प्रतिदिन उनके खानपान के लिए और 200 रूपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से मानदेय उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
पोलिंग पार्टियों के साथ जाने वाले वाहनों के चालकों को रहने और खाने की व्यवस्था संबंधित जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों के माध्यम से की जायेगी। अपर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने कहा कि जानकारी मिली है कि निर्वाचन के समय शादियों की तिथियां भी आ रही है, इसको देखते हुए सभी जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों, आरटीओ और एआरटीओ को निर्देश दिये गये हैं कि इस तरह से वाहनों का प्रबंध करें कि वैवाहिक कार्यक्रमों के लिए प्रर्याप्त संख्या में वाहन उपलब्ध रहें।
