दून और हल्द्वानी मेडिकल कॉलेज में तीमारदारों के लिए बनेंगे विश्राम गृह
राज्य सरकार और सेवादान संस्था में समझौता, ₹55 में मिलेगा रात्रि विश्राम
देहरादून। राजकीय दून मेडिकल कॉलेज, राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज हल्द्वानी और सेवादान आरोग्य संस्था के बीच तीमारदारों के लिए विश्राम गृह निर्माण को लेकर समझौता (एम.ओ.यू.) हुआ।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए लगातार प्रयासरत है। मेडिकल कॉलेजों में विश्राम गृह बनने से भर्ती मरीजों के परिजनों को रात्रि विश्राम और ठहरने में बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। उन्होंने सेवादान आरोग्य संस्था से एम्स किच्छा सैटेलाइट सेंटर में भी ऐसी ही व्यवस्था करने का सुझाव दिया, जिसे संस्था ने स्वीकार कर लिया।
इस समझौते के तहत सेवादान आरोग्य फाउंडेशन द्वारा दोनों मेडिकल कॉलेजों में 350 बिस्तरों की क्षमता वाले विश्राम गृह बनाए जाएंगे। इनमें प्रति बिस्तर ₹55, दो बिस्तरों वाला कमरा ₹300 में मिलेगा। नाश्ता ₹20 और भोजन ₹35 की दर से उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। विश्राम गृहों का संचालन और रखरखाव भी संस्था द्वारा ही किया जाएगा। इसके लिए राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज देहरादून 1750 वर्गमीटर और हल्द्वानी कॉलेज 1400 वर्गमीटर भूमि प्रदान करेगा। यह समझौता 20 वर्षों के लिए मान्य रहेगा।
इस अवसर पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री धन सिंह रावत, सचिव स्वास्थ्य डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार, सचिव विनय शंकर पांडेय, निदेशक चिकित्सा शिक्षा डॉ. आशुतोष सयाना और सेवादान संस्था की ओर से अभिषेक सक्सेना, आनंद सिंह बिसेन और अमित दास उपस्थित रहे।
