बाजार में बिक रहे तरह-तरह के घी पर उठ रहे सवाल, न्यूनतम और अधिकतम दामों में 1500 रुपये प्रति किलो से अधिक का अंतर
देहरादून। तिरूपति मंदिर में भगवान के लिए तैयार होने वाले लड्डू में इस्तेमाल हो रहे घी में मिलावट का मामला सामने आने के बाद राजधानी के बाजार में बिक रहे तरह-तरह के घी को लेकर सवाल उठने लगे हैं। इसमें भी खास बात यह है कि बाजार में 40 से अधिक ब्रांड के देशी घी के न्यूनतम और अधिकतम दामों में 1500 रुपये प्रति किलो से अधिक का अंतर है। जो उपभोक्ताओं के लिए भ्रम पैदा कर रहा है।
अगर आप बाजार में देशी घी लेने के लिए जाते हैं तो आपको कई किस्में मिलेंगी। इसमें भी खास यह है कि पूजा, हवन से लेकर खाने तक के लिए अलग-अलग ब्रांड के देशी घी है और उनके दाम भी 200 रुपये से लेकर 2000 रुपये प्रति किलो तक है। 200 रुपये से लेकर 500 रुपये तक प्रति किलो में मिलने वाले देशी घी की पैकिंग पर खाने योग्य घी लिखा होता है।
इसके बाद कुछ लोग अधिक कीमत के घी को गुणवत्ता की कसौटी मानते हुए खरीदते हैं। ऐसे लोगों के लिए बाजार में 1000 रुपये प्रति किलो से 2000 रुपये प्रति किलो तक का घी उपलब्ध है। इनमें वे घी भी शामिल हैं, जो गोशालाओं में और विभिन्न संस्थाओं की ओर से हैंड मेड के रूप में तैयार कर बेचे जाते हैं।
इसके अलावा गिर गाय, देशी गाय, साहीवाल गाय, केनक्रेव और थार पार्कर आदि गायों के घी की अलग-अलग कीमत होती है। व्यापारी राजेंद्र गोयल का कहना है कि बाजार में ज्यादातर 600 रुपये किलो तक के घी की बिक्री होती है।
सस्ते घी मुनाफा ज्यादा
एक वर्ग की सोच होती है कि घी जितना महंगा होगा उतना ही शुद्ध होगा। लेकिन व्यापारियों की माने तो 200 से 500 रुपये तक के घी की भी भारी डिमांड रहती है। ऐसे में कई दुकानदार 200 रुपये के घी की अलग-अलग किस्में बताकर 300 से 400 रुपये तक में भी बेचते हैं। जबकि 600 रुपये से अधिक कीमत के घी पर मुनाफा सीमित होता है।
घर के 600 से 800 रुपये के दूध से निकलता है एक किलो देशी घी
जानकारों के अनुसार शुद्ध दूध से घी निकालने वाले लोग 12 किलो दूध की क्रीम निकालकर उससे करीब एक किलो देशी घी निकालते हैं। 12 किलो दूध का दाम करीब 600-800 रुपये होता है। लेकिन बाजार में दूध से घी बनाने वाले लोग 24 किलो दूध से करीब चार प्रतिशत क्रीम निकालते हैं। इस क्रीम का घी बनाया जाता है। जबकि बाकी दूध को बेच दिया जाता है। इस हिसाब से भी करीब छह सौ से आठ सौ रुपये से एक किलो देशी घी निकाल लिया जाता है।
