महाराज के निर्देश पर जागड़ा पर्व पर 6 सितम्बर को विद्यालयों में अवकाश घोषित
देहरादून। प्रदेश के पर्यटन, धर्मस्व एवं संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने जिलाधिकारी, देहरादून और उत्तरकाशी को जागड़ा पर्व (श्री महासू देवता, हनोल) में 06 सितम्बर, 2024 को जागड़ा पर्व के उपलक्ष्य में गत वर्ष की भांति विकासखण्ड कालसी, चकराता, त्यूनी (देहरादून) तथा मोरी, पुरोला (उत्तरकाशी) में अवकाश घोषित किए जाने के निर्देश जारी किए थे।
महाराज ने के अनुरोध पर जिलाधिकारी, देहरादून और उत्तरकाशी के निर्देश पर दोनों जनपदों के मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी ने जागड़ा पर्व (श्री महासू देवता, हनोल) के उपलक्ष्य में पूर्व वर्ष की भांति इस बार भी विकासखण्ड कालसी एवं विकासखण्ड पुरोला एवं मोरी क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत संचालित कक्षा 1 से कक्षा 12 तक के समस्त राजकीय एवं निजी विद्यालयों में अवकाश घोषित कर दिया है।
महाराज ने कहा कि 06 सितम्बर 2024 को महासू देवता, हनोल एंव चालदा महाराज, दसऊ में जागरा पर्व मनाया जायेगा। विकासखण्ड पुरोला तथा मोरी क्षेत्र के लोगों का यह मुख्य पर्व होने के कारण सम्बन्धित मन्दिरों में अत्यधिक संख्या में श्रद्वालु उक्त पर्व में प्रतिभाग करते हैं। इसलिए इस अवसर पर अवकाश घोषित किया गया है।
