इमरान खान की गिरफ्तारी गैरकानूनी, पाक सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश- 1 घंटे में अदालत लेकर आएं
इस्लामाबाद। पाकिस्तान की सुप्रीम कोर्ट से पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान को बड़ी राहत मिली है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गिरफ्तारी को गैरकानूनी करार दिया है। इससे पाकिस्तानी सेना को बड़ा झटका लगा है। दरअसल, इमरान खान की गिरफ्तारी का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचा है। कोर्ट ने इमरान खान को एक घंटे के अंदर पेश करने के आदेश दिए हैं।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस्लामाबाद में आपकी अर्जी पर सुनवाई होनी थी। क्या इस तरह से किसी को गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है? चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ पाकिस्तान ने कहा कि एनएबी ने कानून तोड़ा और कोर्ट का अपमान किया है। एनएबी ने जो किया अब उसे कोर्ट देखेगी। वहीं, एनएबी की ओर से दलील दी गई कि यह बहुत ही संवेदनशील मामला है।
साथ ही कहा कि ये भविष्य के लिए उदाहरण पेश करने का समय है। पाकिस्तान को जेल नहीं बनने देंगे। सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट शहबाज शरीफ सरकार पर भी सख्त दिखी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान पाकिस्तान के अटॉर्नी जनरल को बुलाया। पाक चीफ जस्टिस ने कहा कि हम कोर्ट का सम्मान वापस दिलाएंगे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि ऐसे ही गिरफ्तारी होती रही तो लोगों का कोर्ट से भरोसा उठ जाएगा। कोर्ट में सबकी रक्षा जरूरी है।
