शिक्षा विभाग को विज्ञान वर्ग में मिले 157 अतिथि प्रवक्ता
विद्यालयों में दूर होगी विज्ञान वर्ग के शिक्षकों की कमी
शिक्षा मंत्री डा. रावत के निर्देश, अतिथि शिक्षकों को शीघ्र दें तैनाती
देहरादून। विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत प्रवक्ता संवर्ग में 157 और अतिथि शिक्षकों की शीघ्र तैनाती की जायेगी। इन शिक्षकों को प्रदेश के पर्वतीय व दूरस्थ क्षेत्र के विद्यालयों में भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान, जीव विज्ञान, गणित तथा अंग्रेजी विषय के रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष नियुक्त किया जायेगा। इस संबंध में शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को अतिथि शिक्षकों को जनपदवार शीघ्र नियुक्ति देने के निर्देश दे दिये हैं।
राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश के राजकीय विद्यालयों में विज्ञान वर्ग के विभिन्न विषयों एवं अंग्रेजी विषय के रिक्त पदों पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की तैनाती करने का निर्णय लिया था। जिसके तहत विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग ने समय-समय पर प्रदेशभर के विभिन्न राजकीय विद्यालयों में अतिथि शिक्षकों की तैनाती की। इसी क्रम में एक बार फिर प्रवक्ता संवर्ग में जनपदवार 157 और अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्त की जायेगी। इन सभी अतिथि शिक्षकों को गणित, भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान, जीव विज्ञान एवं अंग्रजी विषय के रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष तैनाती दी जायेगी। जिसमें चमोली जनपद में 14 अतिथि प्रवक्ताओं को तैनात किया जायेगा, जिसमें गणित विषय में 3, भौतिक विज्ञान 5, रसायन विज्ञान 2 तथा जीव विज्ञान में 4 शामिल है।
इस प्रकार पिथौरागढ़ में 9 अतिथि प्रवक्ता को तैनाती दी जायेगी है जिसमें गणित में 4 तथा अंग्रेजी विषय में 5 शामिल हैं। पौड़ी में 41 अतिथि शिक्षक दिये गये है जिसमें गणित में 2, भौतिकी 9, रसायन 13, जीव विज्ञान 7 तथा अंग्रेजी में 10 शिक्षक शामिल है। अल्मोड़ा में 55 अतिथि शिक्षकों को तैनाती दी जायेगी। जिसमें गणित में 4, भौतिकी 24, रसायन 7, जीव विज्ञान 2 तथा अंग्रेजी में 18 शिक्षक शामिल है। उत्तरकाशी में जीव विज्ञान एवं अंग्रेजी विषय में 1-1 अतिथि शिक्षकों को नियुक्ति दी जायेगी। जबकि टिहरी में 8 अतिथि प्रवक्ता को नियुक्त किया जायेगा। जिसमें गणित में 3, रसायन 4 व अंग्रेजी में 1 शिक्षक शामिल है। इसी प्रकार नैनीताल में भौतिक, रसायन व जीव विज्ञान विषय में 1-1 अतिथि शिक्षक शामिल है।
चम्पावत में 16 अतिथि शिक्षकों को नियुक्ति दी जायेगी, जिसमें गणित में 3, भैतिकी 2, जीव विज्ञान में 1 तथा अंग्रेजी में 10 शिक्षक शामिल है। जबकि रूद्रप्रयाग जनपद में 9 अतिथि शिक्षकों को तैनाती दी है जिसमें जीव विज्ञान में 6 तथा अंग्रेजी विषय में 3 अतिथि शिक्षक शामिल हैं। इन सभी अतिथि प्रवक्ताओं की नियुक्ति प्रदेश के पर्वतीय एवं दूरस्थ क्षेत्र के विद्यालयों में की गई है। विज्ञान वर्ग एवं अंग्रेजी विषय में अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति से स्थानीय स्तर पर छात्र-छात्राओं को बेहतर शिक्षा मिल सकेगी साथ ही उन्हें विज्ञान वर्ग की पढ़ाई के लिये किसी अन्य विद्यालय में नहीं जाना पडेगा।
प्रदेश सरकार शिक्षा के स्तर को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। प्रवक्ता संवर्ग में 157 अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति सरकार के उस प्रयास का हिस्सा है, जो विज्ञान वर्ग एवं अंग्रेजी विषय की शिक्षा को सुलभ बनाने के लिये किया जा रहा है। इस कदम से स्थानीय स्तर पर छात्रों को विज्ञान वर्ग में भी बेहतर शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराने में सहायता मिलेगी। – डॉ. धन सिंह रावत, विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री, उत्तराखंड सरकार
