अंकिता हत्याकांड: मुख्य हत्यारोपी पुलकित आर्य की जमानत का विरोध

नैनीताल। अंकिता भंडारी हत्याकांड मामले में मुख्य हत्यारोपी पुलकित आर्य की ओर से हाईकोर्ट में जमानत की अर्जी का अंकिता के पिता ने सख्त विरोध किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी बेटी की हत्या का मामला सरकार बनाम पुलकित आर्य चल रहा है, वे कल कोर्ट में उन्हें पक्षकार बनाए जाने का प्रार्थना पत्र दाखिल करेंगे। पुलकित आर्य द्वारा हाईकोर्ट में जमानत के लिए गुहार लगाने के बाद अंकिता के पिता वीरेंद्र भंडारी भी अपने अधिवक्ता के साथ नैनीताल पहुचे। उनका कहना है कि अंकिता हत्याकांड मामला सरकार बनाम पुलकित चल रहा है। उन्होंने सरकार की पैरवी पर सवाल उठाए और कहा कि सोमवार को वह भी इस मामले में हाईकोर्ट में उन्हें भी पक्षकार बनाने का प्रार्थनापत्र दाखिल करेंगे और दस अगस्त को प्रस्तावित सुनवाई में जमानत का विरोध कर नार्को टेस्ट की मांग करेंगे।
अंकिता के पिता का कहना है कि सरकार की कमजोर पैरवी के चलते हत्याकांड के मुख्य आरोपी पुलकित ने
कोर्ट में जमानत के लिए याचिका दायर की है। 26 व 27 जुलाई को हुई सुनवाई के बाद सरकार की कमजोर पैरवी से शायद पुलकित को जमानत भी मिल जाती। संयोग से उनके अधिवक्ता नवनीश को जानकारी मिलने पर उन्होंने कोर्ट से इंटरविंग के लिए प्रार्थना की। इधर, इसी मामले में कांग्रेस ने देहरादून में धरना देकर आरोप लगाया कि सरकार अंकिता हत्याकांड पर चुप्पी साधे हुए है। प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष करन माहरा, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ,पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री डॉक्टर हरक सिंह रावत, राजेंद्र भंडारी, हीरा सिंह बिष्ट व पार्टी के सभी बड़े नेताओं ने कहा कि जब तक अंकिता के हत्यारों को सजा नहीं मिल जाती और वीआईपी की चेहरा बेनकाब नहीं हो जाता, तब तक कांग्रेस अंकिता के परिवार के साथ न्याय की लड़ाई लड़ती रहेगी।
