उत्तरकाशी। विश्व पर्यटन दिवस पर एडवेंचर टूरिज्म के शौकीनों को शासन ने जोर का झटका दिया है। गंगोत्री नेशनल पार्क सहित कई राष्ट्रीय पार्कों, वन्य जीव विहार के प्रवेश शुल्क में 33.33 फीसदी बढ़ोतरी कर दी गई है। उत्तरकाशी के गंगोत्री नेशनल पार्क व गोविंद वन्यजीव विहार में यह बढ़ोतरी बुधवार से ही लागू होगी। उधर, फूलों की घाटी के दर्शन तो महंगे हो ही चुके हैं। उत्तरकाशी के जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी जसपाल चौहान ने बताया, शासनादेश मिलने के बाद गंगोत्री नेशनल पार्क प्रशासन ने इसे पर्यटन विभाग को भेज दिया है। इसके बाद पर्यटन विभाग ने पोर्टल पर पुराने प्रवेश शुल्क की दरों में बदलाव कर इसे विश्व पर्यटन दिवस पर बुधवार से लागू करने की तैयारी कर ली है।
नई दरों के अनुसार, भारतीय पर्यटकों को प्रवेश शुल्क के लिए 200 रुपये, जबकि विदेशी पर्यटकों को 800 रुपये चुकाने होंगे। अभी तक पर्यटकों से 150 रुपये और 600 रुपये प्रवेश शुल्क लिया जाता था। राज्य के कार्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व में भी 150 फीसदी तक प्रवेश शुल्क बढ़ा दिया है। यहां अभी भारतीय सैलानियों से जहां 200 रुपये शुल्क लिया जाता था, वहीं बुधवार से उन्हें 500 रुपये चुकाने होंगे। विदेशियों को 900 रुपये की जगह 1500 रुपये देने होंगे। उधर, राजाजी टाइगर रिजर्व में भारतीय पर्यटकों को 150 की जगह 300 रुपये, जबकि विदेशियों को 600 की जगह 1000 रुपये प्रवेश शुल्क देना होगा। इससे पूर्व शासन ने वर्ष 2009 में शुल्क बताया था। यानी करीब 14 साल बाद प्रवेश शुल्क में बढ़ोतरी की गई है। प्रवेश शुल्क के अलावा वाहन शुल्क, वन विश्राम गृहों के किराया भी बढ़ाया गया है।
फूलों की घाटी के सैर सपाटे के लिए पहुंचने वाले पर्यटकों को अब पहले से अधिक शुल्क चुकाना पड़ रहा है। नंदा देवी राष्ट्रीय पार्क प्रशासन की ओर से प्रवेश शुल्क में बढ़ोतरी की गई है। नया शुल्क 22 सितंबर से लागू कर दिया गया है। नंदा देवी राष्ट्रीय पार्क डीएफओ बीबी मारतोलिया ने बताया कि विश्व धरोहर फूलों की घाटी जाने के लिए 22 सितंबर से पहले तक भारतीय पर्यटकों को 150 रुपये और विदेशी पर्यटकों को 600 रुपये देने पड़ते थे। लेकिन नई दरों के मुताबिक अब भरतीय पर्यटकों को 200 रुपये जबकि विदेशी पर्यटकों को 800 रुपये चुकाने पड़ रहे हैं।
