33वीं राष्ट्रीय कैनो स्प्रिंट सीनियर चैंपियनशिप का समापन, CM धामी ने खिलाड़ियों का हौसला बढ़ाया
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरूवार को रूद्रपुर में 33वें राष्ट्रीय कैनो स्प्रिंट सिनियर (महिला एवं पुरूष) चैंपियनशिप में मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर प्रतिभाग किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रतियोगिता में विजेता टीमों को ट्रॉफी देकर सम्मानित किया।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि खेल हमें जीने की कला सिखाता है। खेल हमें सिखाता है कि गिरते-उठते, पीछे छूटते व कई बार पटकी लगने के बावजूद भी आगे बढ़ते हैं और खेल भावना का प्रदर्शन करते हुए खिलाड़ी आपस में गले मिलकर खेल को समाप्त करते हैं। खेल जीवन के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण ह,ै जोकि हमें आशा-उमंग व शक्ति का संचार करता है और जीने की कला सिखाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी खिलाड़ियों द्वारा बहुत अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने गुजरात में होने वाली नेशनल चैंपियनशिप के लिए सेलेक्ट होने वाली सभी 8 टीमों को बधाई दी। उन्होंने इण्डियन क्याकिंग एसोसिएशन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा की इस प्रतियोगिता के आयोजन से राज्य में क्याकिंग, केनोइंग खेलों के विकास में बहुत बड़ा योगदान रहेगा। इससे राज्य में क्याकिंग खेलों का विकास होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने लाल किले की प्राचीर से कहा था कि देश में प्रतिभाओं की कोई कमी नहीं है। आज हमारा देश खेल के सभी क्षेत्रों में श्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन कर रहा है और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लगातार ख्याति व पदक प्राप्त कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में प्रतिभाओं को अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाने का अवसर मिल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी स्वयं खिलाड़ियों से विदेश दौरे पर जाने से पहले मुलाकात करते हैं और उनके हौसला अफजाई करते हैं तथा टीम के विदेश दौरे से वापस आने पर भी टीम और खिलाड़ियों से मुलाकात कर उनकी हौसला अफजाई करते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में खेलों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए नई खेल नीति लाई गई है जोकि और अधिक प्रभावी व अच्छी बनाई जाएगी। खेल नीति के अन्तर्गत ऐंसी व्यवस्था की गई है कि गरीब से गरीब खिलाड़ी में भी यदि प्रतिभा होगी तो गरीबी भी उसकी प्रतिभा को आगे बढ़ने से नहीं रोक पाएगी। उन्होंने खेल जगत से जुड़े एसोसिएशन तथा खिलाड़ियों से आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि जब राज्य अपनी रजत जयंती वर्ष मना रहा हो तब देश के अन्य राज्य यह कह सके कि उत्तराखण्ड में इस एसोसिएशन या विभाग ने मात्र 25 वर्षों मे प्रदर्शन कर दिखाया है और देश के अन्य राज्यों के लिए नज़ीर बनें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने क्षेत्रीय विधायक अरविन्द पाण्डे की मांग पर कहा कि बौर जलाशय क्षेत्र में बसे राजस्व ग्रामों के सड़कों से सम्बन्धित प्रस्ताव को भारत सरकार की सीआरएफ योजनान्तर्गत शामिल किया जायेगा और बौर जलाशय क्षेत्र में पर्यटन गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए पीपीपी मोड में संचालित करने पर भी विचार किया जाएगा।
