हाईकोर्ट यूकेएसएसएससी भर्ती घोटाले में धामी सरकार की कार्रवाई से संतुष्ट, सीबीआई जांच की मांग ठुकराई
नैनीताल। नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट ने उत्तराखंड में हुए यूकेएसएसएससी भर्ती घोटाले भर्ती घोटाले को लेकर विधायक और कांग्रेस नेता भुवन कापड़ी की सीबीआई जांच की मांग की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। बुधवार को हाईकोर्ट के न्यायधीश संजय मिश्रा की खंडपीठ में मामले की सुनवाई हुई।
सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट राज्य सरकार की ओर से इस मामले में की जा रही जांच से संतुष्ट थी। कोर्ट ने माना कि जब राज्य सरकार ने भर्ती घोटाले मामले में एक के बाद एक गिरफ्तारियां की हैं और मामले की जांच चल रही है तो ऐसे में सीबीआई जांच का कोई औचित्य नहीं है। सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने माना कि जब राज्य सरकार ने भर्ती घोटाले मामले में एक के बाद एक गिरफ्तारियां की हैं और मामले की जांच चल रही है तो ऐसे में सीबीआई जांच का कोई औचित्य नहीं है। लिहाजा कोर्ट में कापड़ी की याचिका को ठुकरा दिया। इस मामले में कोर्ट ने 12 अक्टूबर को सुनवाई के बाद निर्णय सुरक्षित रख लिया था। कोर्ट के आदेश से सरकार को बड़ी राहत मिली जबकि विपक्ष को राजनीतिक माइलेज लेने के मंसूबों पर पानी फिर गया है।
सरकार का पक्ष रखते हुए महाधिवक्ता एसएन बाबुलकर व जीए गजेंद्र सिंह संधू ने कहा गया था कि इस मामले में 80 प्रतिशत जांच पूरी हो चुकी है। 46 लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। 28 से 30 के खिलाफ चार्जशीट भी दायर हो चुकी है। एसटीएफ की जांच में संदेह नही है।
