समझ नहीं आता कि कनाडा में जांच के गंभीर रूप लेने की भनक या खबर और खुद प्रधानमंत्री जस्टिन ट्रूडो से बातचीत के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर, सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजित डोवाल ने समय रहते संकट प्रबंधन क्यों नहीं किया? कनाडा के प्रधानमंत्री जस्टिन ट्रूडो ने दिल्ली में रहते हुए अमेरिका, फ्रांस, ब्रिटेन, ऑस्ट्रेलिया के नेताओं से जब सब कुछ शेयर किया तो भारत के विदेश और खुफिया मंत्रालय में किसी को यह समझ नहीं आया कि बात कितनी आगे बढ़ सकती है? ध्यान रहे प्रधानमंत्री जस्टिन ट्रूडो राष्ट्रपति के दिए राजकीय भोज में भी नहीं थे। इससे पहले वे अपने सुरक्षा सलाहकारों व जांच अधिकारियों को दिल्ली भेज चुके थे इन सबके बाद भी नरेंद्र मोदी और उनकी टोली को यह अनुमान कैसे नहीं हुआ कि कनाडा क्या करता हुआ है? कैसे उसे समझाया जाए या उसे सहयोग देकर या तो ठोस प्रमाणों के साथ कथित विश्वसनीय प्रमाणों को झूठा करार दें ताकि कनाडा सरकार से सद्भाव बना रहे। मामला सार्वजनिक न हो।
लगता है नरेंद्र मोदी जी-20 के शो और हवाबाजी से आत्मविश्वास में थे। शायद अब भी होंगे। यह भी संभव है कि वे मानते हों कि खालिस्तानी पैरोकार की हत्या को लेकर कनाडा चाहे जो सनसनी बनाए उनके भक्त हिंदू वोट तो वैसे ही झूमेंगे जैसे सन् 2019 से पहले पाकिस्तान में घुसकर मोदी सरकार ने बाहुबल दिखलाया था तब झूमे थे। हां, सोशल मीडिया में भक्तों के ऐसे पोस्ट, वीडियो और राष्ट्रीय मीडिया नैरेटिव में यह हल्ला है कि कनाडा तो खालिस्तानियों का अड्डा है। पश्चिमी सभ्यता हिंदू विरोधी है, याद नहीं अंग्रेजों ने 1857 की क्रांति को सिख सेना को साथ ले कर कुचला था। मतलब पश्चिमी सभ्यता, एंग्लो-सेक्सन देशों को हिंदू विरोधी करार देने के प्रोपेगेंडा का सैलाब है।
कनाडा दूसरा पाकिस्तान हो गया है। ट्रूडो की पार्टी सिखों के वोटों से टिकी है लेकिन वे फेल होते हुए हैं, इसलिए जस्टिन ट्रूडो न केवल आंतकवादियों को पनाह देने वाले हैं, बल्कि निज्जर की हत्या के मामले को राजनीतिक रंग दे कर पंगा ले रहे हैं। पर कोई बात नहीं दुनिया मानेगी कि भारत कितना शक्तिमान जो पश्चिम देश में घुस कर राष्ट्र विरोधी को मारता है। वह इजराइल से ज्यादा हिम्मती हो गया। इससे हिंदुओं की वाह है। देखा, मोदी सरकार ने इतनी दूर के कनाडा के भीतर आंतकवादी को मारा। सो, मोदी, मोदीज् मोदी है तो मुमकिन है। भारत में न कभी ऐसा नेता हुआ और न है। तभी भक्त लोग यह तक मानते हुए है कि जस्टिन ट्रूडो ने तो मोदी का 2024 का चुनाव प्रचार शुरू करा दिया। जैसे भारत में योगीजी ने उत्तर प्रदेश में बुलडोजर, एनकाउंटरों से चमत्कार दिखाया वैसे ही वैश्विक पैमाने पर मोदीजी का चमत्कार।
