बीते नौ साल में गरीबों को मिले 4 करोड़ पक्के घर- सीएम धामी
महाजनसंपर्क अभियान के तहत लाभार्थी सम्मेलन में मोदी सरकार की नौ साल की उपलब्धि गिनाईं
देहरादून। महा जनसम्पर्क अभियान के तहत जाखन, देहरादून में आयोजित ‘लाभार्थी सम्मेलन’ कार्यक्रम में जन सभा को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में पिछले 09 सालों में देश के समग्र विकास के लिए अभूतपूर्व कार्य हुए हैं। पिछले 9 वर्षों में करीब 4 करोड़ से अधिक पक्के घर गरीब परिवारों को मिल चुके हैं। स्वतंत्र भारत के इतिहास में गरीबों के लिए आवास निर्माण की ऐसी क्रांति पहले कभी नहीं दिखी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्ष 2014 में देश की जनता ने नरेन्द्र मोदी पर अपना भरोसा जताया था। आज जनता के इसी भरोसे ने 2014 से 2023 के नौ वर्षों की अवधि में देश की ’’समृद्धि रूपी’’ रेल गाड़ी को ’’विकास रूपी पटरियों’’ पर तेजी से दौड़ाने का कार्य किया है। इन नौ वर्षों में मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली केंद्र सरकार द्वारा स्वास्थ्य से लेकर शिक्षा तक, निःशुल्क खाद्यान्न से लेकर निशुल्क इलाज तक, किसानों के विकास से लेकर गरीबों के आवास तक, सेना के आधुनिकीकरण से लेकर सीमाओं की सुरक्षा तक, प्रत्येक नागरिक को वैक्सीन पहुंचाने से लेकर हथियार और मोबाइल उत्पादन तक हर क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व कार्य किये हैं। पहले भारत दवाओं और टीकों के लिए दूसरे देशों पर निर्भर रहता था। कोरोना काल में मोदी सरकार के नेतृत्व में भारत ने कोविड के दो स्वदेशी टीके न केवल विकसित किए बल्कि कई देशों को इनकी आपूर्ति भी की। केन्द्र सरकार ने 80 करोड़ लोगों को खाद्य सुरक्षा प्रदान करने का ऐतिहासिक कार्य किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह प्रधानमंत्री की दूरगामी सोच का ही परिणाम है कि देश में करीब 50 करोड़ जनधन खाते गरीबों के लिए खोले गए। इन नौ वर्षों में नौ करोड़ से अधिक उज्ज्वला गैस कनेक्शन गरीबों को दिए गए। धारा 370 की समाप्ति, अयोध्या में भगवान श्रीराम के भव्य मंदिर का निर्माण, काशी विश्वनाथ के भव्य कॉरिडोर का निर्माण, बद्रीनाथ धाम का मास्टर प्लान और केदारनाथ धाम का पुनर्निर्माण ये कुछ ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य हैं जिनको आने वाली पीढ़ियां भी हमेशा याद रखेंगी। आज भारत दुनिया की पांचवी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड में विकास के कार्य तेजी से हो रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार द्वारा 01 लाख 81 हजार गरीब परिवारों को तीन गैस सिलेंडर मुफ्त दिये जा रहे हैं। प्रदेश की महिलाओं के लिये क्षैतिज आरक्षण की व्यवस्था को लागू करना हो, समान नागरिक संहिता का मसौदा तैयार करना हो, जबरन धर्मांतरण पर रोक के लिये कानून बनाना हो, देश का सबसे कड़ा नकल विरोधी कानून बनाना हो, आंदोलनकारियों को आरक्षण देना हो या फिर हाल ही में उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे प्रदेश के विद्यार्थियों की छात्रवृत्ति देने के लिए उठाए गए कदम हों, इन सभी महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों को धरातल पर उतारने का प्रयास किया है। आज प्रदेश के आधारभूत ढांचे को मजबूत करने और राज्य को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में अनेकों कार्य किये जा रहे हैं।
