देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की राष्ट्रीय नदी गंगा के विभिन्न घाटों पर अब महिलाएं भी करेंगी गंगा आरती
देहरादून। देवभूमि उत्तराखंड में राष्ट्रीय नदी गंगा के विभिन्न घाटों पर आने वाले दिनों में महिलाएं भी गंगा आरती कराती नजर आएंगी। राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ गंगा मिशन (एनएमसीजी) का उद्देश्य गंगा के उद्गम स्थल गोमुख से लेकर गंगासागर तक के सभी घाटों पर मां गंगा की आरती को वृहद स्वरूप देने का है। इसी के अंतर्गत गंगा वाले राज्यों उत्तराखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश, झारखंड, बिहार व बंगाल के चयनित प्रतिनिधियों के लिए प्रशिक्षण की श्रृंखला प्रारंभ की गई है। 16 जून से ऋषिकेश के परमार्थ निकेतन में होने वाले प्रशिक्षण के लिए पहली बार उत्तराखंड की चार महिलाओं को भी चयनित किया गया है।
हरिद्वार, ऋषिकेश, प्रयागराज समेत सभी प्रमुख स्थलों में गंगा घाटों में आरती की परंपरा सदियों से चली आ रही है। इस बीच राष्ट्रीय नदी गंगा की स्वच्छता एवं निर्मलता के लिए एनएमसीजी के नमामि गंगे कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत बड़ी संख्या में गंगा घाटों का निर्माण हुआ है। इस सबको देखते हुए एनएमसीजी का प्रयास है कि इन सभी घाटों पर मां गंगा की आराधना हो। इसी उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए सभी घाटों में गंगा आरती की संकल्पना को अब मूर्त रूप दिया जा रहा है। महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि इसमें मातृशक्ति की भागीदारी भी सुनिश्चित की जा रही है। कुछ समय पहले एनएमसीजी ने गंगा से लगे सभी मंदिरों में गंगा भोग प्रसाद की शुरुआत की थी। इसमें भी इस बात पर जोर है कि इन मंदिरों में स्थानीय महिलाओं द्वारा तैयार किसी एक उत्पाद को प्रसाद का हिस्सा बनाया जाए।
इसकी शुरुआत भी उत्तराखंड के ऋषिकेश से हुई थी। यही नहीं, गंगा आरती के दृष्टिगत चयनित प्रतिनिधियों के प्रशिक्षण की शुरुआत भी देवभूमि से ही हुई है। गंगा आरती प्रशिक्षण के नोडल अधिकारी पूरन चंद्र कापड़ी के अनुसार गंगा को आमजन से जोड़ने की पहल के तौर पर ही घाटों पर गंगा आरती पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि गंगा घाटों पर पुरुष तो आरती करते हैं, लेकिन अब इसमें महिलाओं को भी जोड़ा जा रहा है। पूरन चंद्र कापड़ी ने बताया कि 16 जून से ऋषिकेश के परमार्थ निकेतन में होने वाले प्रशिक्षण के लिए उत्तराखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश, झारखंड व बिहार के 30 प्रतिनिधियों का चयन किया गया है। इनमें उत्तराखंड की चार महिलाएं जयंती थपलियाल व सुनीता सेमवाल (चमोली), पुष्पा देवी व कमला (हरिद्वार) भी शामिल हैं।
बंगाल के प्रतिनिधि अगले प्रशिक्षण में शामिल होंगे। इससे पहले पिछले वर्ष दिसंबर में इन राज्यों के 30 प्रतिनिधियों का प्रशिक्षण हुआ था। कापड़ी के अनुसार प्रशिक्षण में मां गंगा की आरती, विधि-विधान, ड्रेस कोड समेत अन्य जानकारियां दी जाएंगी। प्रशिक्षण के बाद इनकी सहभागिता और मार्गदर्शन में आरती होगी। अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में ये विधि-विधान के साथ आरती करवाएंगे। उत्तराखंड की प्रशिक्षण लेने वाली महिलाएं हरिद्वार व चमोली जिलों में स्थित गंगा घाटों में यह जिम्मेदारी निभाएंगी। इस पहल से महिलाओं को सीधे-सीधे गंगा संरक्षण से जोड़ने में मदद मिलेगी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी भी गंगा और उसकी सहायक नदियों पर बने घाटों में आरती पर विशेष जोर दे रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने हाल में उत्तरकाशी और टनकपुर के भ्रमण के दौरान मां गंगा की आराधना की थी। इसके पीछे संदेश यही है कि सभी लोग गंगा समेत अन्य नदियों के संरक्षण से जुड़ें। यही उद्देश्य एनएमसीजी का भी है।
