प्रदेश में बेमौसमी बारिश से फसलों के नुकसान का मुआवजा देगी सरकार, प्रति हेक्टेयर 17 हजार रुपये देने की व्यवस्था
देहरादून। प्रदेश में बेमौसमी बारिश से कृषि और बागवानी फसलों को करोड़ों का नुकसान हुआ है। दोनों विभागों ने नुकसान की रिपोर्ट शासन को भेजी है, जिसमें 35,617 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर नुकसान हुआ है, लेकिन मुआवजे के मानकों के अनुसार 7,443 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर 35 प्रतिशत नुकसान आंका गया है। पिछले माह बेमौसमी बारिश से प्रदेश में फल-सब्जी की फसलों को भारी नुकसान हुआ था। सरकार के आदेश पर कृषि व उद्यान विभाग ने जिलों से नुकसान की जानकारी लेने के बाद रिपोर्ट तैयार की है।
सभी जिलों से 35,617 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर नुकसान हुआ, लेकिन 35 प्रतिशत से अधिक नुकसान होने पर सरकार की ओर से फसल बीमा योजना के तहत मुआवजा दिया जाता है। इन मानकों पर 7,443 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रफल आ रहा, जिसमें 6508 हेक्टेयर सिंचित भूमि, 435 हेक्टेयर भूमि गैर सिंचित है। इसके अलावा बागवानी फसलों के तहत 500 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रफल शामिल है। सिंचित क्षेत्र में फसलों को नुकसान पर सरकार की ओर से किसानों को प्रति हेक्टेयर 17,000 रुपये मुआवजा देने की व्यवस्था है, जबकि गैरसिंचित भूमि पर प्रति हेक्टेयर 8,500 और बागवानी फसलों के प्रति हेक्टेयर 22,500 रुपये मुआवजा दिया जाता है।
