भारी बारिश का अलर्ट- आपदा प्रबंधन सचिव ने की समीक्षा बैठक, अधिकारियों को सतर्क रहने के दिए निर्देश
टिहरी, देहरादून, पौड़ी और बागेश्वर में रेड अलर्ट, हरिद्वार, नैनीताल, चंपावत में ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी
देहरादून। राज्य में लगातार हो रही बारिश और मौसम विभाग की ओर से जारी चेतावनियों को देखते हुए आपदा प्रबंधन और पुनर्वास विभाग के सचिव विनोद कुमार सुमन ने हालात की समीक्षा की और सभी जिलों के आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारियों को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि टिहरी, देहरादून, पौड़ी और बागेश्वर में रेड अलर्ट जबकि हरिद्वार, नैनीताल और चंपावत में ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र द्वारा सभी जनपदों को इस संबंध में पत्र जारी कर दिया गया है।
सचिव ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों और क्विक रिस्पांस टीमों को 24 घंटे अलर्ट मोड पर रहने और किसी भी आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिए पूरी तैयारी रखने को कहा। जलभराव की स्थिति में टीमें तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे और त्वरित जल निकासी की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करें।
उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि नदियों के जलस्तर की लगातार निगरानी की जाए और लोगों को नदी किनारे जाने से रोका जाए। जहां भी निर्माण कार्य चल रहे हों, वहां श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जाए। वर्षा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों की लगातार निगरानी और विश्लेषण कर संभावित बाढ़ या जलभराव वाले क्षेत्रों की पहचान कर अग्रिम कार्य योजना तैयार करने को कहा गया।
सचिव ने निर्देशित किया कि पानी के बहाव को रोकने वाली सभी अवैध संरचनाओं को तत्काल हटाया जाए। साथ ही, यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में राशन, दवा, पेयजल और अन्य आवश्यक सेवाओं की आपूर्ति में कोई बाधा न आए।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी प्रशासन आनंद स्वरूप, डीआईजी राजकुमार नेगी, संयुक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी मोहम्मद ओबैदुल्लाह अंसारी, ड्यूटी अधिकारी अनु सचिव विकास कुमार श्रीवास्तव और यूएसडीएमए के विशेषज्ञ भी मौजूद रहे।
