माणा हादसे पर कांग्रेस ने सिस्टम पर उठाए सवाल
भारी बर्फबारी की चेतावनी के बावजूद क्यों नहीं हटाए गए श्रमिक – कांग्रेस
देहरादून। चमोली जनपद में श्री बद्रीनाथ के पास भारत के प्रथम गांव माणा में आए बर्फीले तूफान की चपेट में आने से बर्फ में दबे श्रमिकों की कुशलता की प्रार्थना के साथ ही उत्तराखंड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष सूर्यकांत धस्माना ने सिस्टम पर सवाल खड़े किए। कहा कि जब शासन प्रशाशन और सड़क निर्माण का कार्य कर रही बीआरओ के पास खराब मौसम व भारी बर्फबारी की पूर्वानुमान सूचना थी तो कार्य में लगे श्रमिकों को सुरक्षित स्थान पर क्यों नहीं पहुंचाया गया।
धस्माना ने कहा कि हालांकि अभी हम सब इस घटना की चपेट में आए श्रमिकों की कुशलता की प्रार्थना कर रहे हैं किन्तु यह गंभीर चूक मामला भी है जिससे इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की जान आफत में आई है और इसकी जिम्मेदारी अवश्य तय होनी चाहिए।
धस्माना ने कहा कि हम अक्सर ऐसी घटनाओं में लापरवाही और चूक के लिए दोषी लोगों को चिन्हित हो नहीं करते और अगली दुर्घटना के समय यह बात याद आती है।
धस्माना ने कहा कि सिल्क्यारा टनल के मामले में आज भी स्केप चैनल ना बनाए जाने के मुद्दे पर ना तो किसी की जवाबदेही तय की गई ना ही किसी को इसके लिए दंडित किया गया।
