लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल जिले में शाही जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे को लेकर हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शन हुआ है। इस बवाल के बाद जिले में कई पाबंदियां लगा दी गई हैं। प्रशासन ने एक दिसंबर तक बाहरी व्यक्तियों के जिले में प्रवेश पर रोक लगा दी है। इसके साथ ही सामाजिक संगठनों और जनप्रतिनिधियों के जिले में प्रवेश को भी प्रतिबंधित कर दिया गया है।
यह कदम प्रशासन ने हालात को काबू में करने के लिए उठाया है, क्योंकि हिंसा और पथराव के बाद कई गिरफ्तारियां की गई हैं और स्थिति तनावपूर्ण बनी हुई है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, उपद्रवियों के घरों से हथियार बरामद किए गए हैं और उन पर राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून (NSA) के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस हिंसा में चार युवकों की मौत हो गई है, जबकि 20 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए हैं।
21 लोग गिरफ्तार, 30 थानों की पुलिस तैनात
पुलिस ने उपद्रवियों की पहचान कर उनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए रातभर छापेमारी की। अब तक दो महिलाओं समेत 21 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए संभल जिले में 30 थानों की पुलिस तैनात की गई है। इसके अलावा, इंटरनेट सेवा को बंद कर दिया गया है और सभी स्कूलों को भी बंद कर दिया गया है।
संभल के पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी) कृष्ण कुमार बिश्नोई ने बताया कि कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए अतिरिक्त पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया गया है और सीसीटीवी के जरिए आरोपियों की पहचान की जा रही है।
सर्वे पर हुआ पथराव
यह विवाद उस समय शुरू हुआ जब 23 नवंबर को शाही जामा मस्जिद का सर्वेक्षण करने एक टीम पहुंची। इस दौरान कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों ने सर्वे टीम पर पथराव किया। मस्जिद के बाहर भीड़ जमा हो गई और विरोध प्रदर्शन तेज हो गए। अधिकारियों ने स्थिति को काबू में करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन उपद्रवियों ने पुलिस टीम पर भी पथराव किया। पुलिस ने आंसू गैस के गोले छोड़े और स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने का प्रयास किया।
कोर्ट ने दिया था सर्वे का आदेश
यह सर्वेक्षण हिंदू पक्ष द्वारा जामा मस्जिद को हरिहर मंदिर का दावा किए जाने के बाद किया गया था। अदालत ने इस दावे के आधार पर सर्वे करने का आदेश दिया था। 19 नवंबर को मस्जिद में पहला सर्वे हुआ था और 23 नवंबर को फिर से सर्वे करने के लिए टीम वहां पहुंची। इस सर्वे के लिए मस्जिद कमेटी ने भी अपनी सहमति दी थी, और दोनों पक्षों की मौजूदगी में सर्वे किया जा रहा था।
सर्वेक्षण क्यों हो रहा है?
यह सर्वेक्षण अधिवक्ता विष्णु शंकर जैन द्वारा दायर याचिका के बाद किया गया था, जिसमें दावा किया गया था कि शाही जामा मस्जिद एक मंदिर के स्थल पर खड़ी है। हिंदू पक्ष का आरोप है कि यह मस्जिद दरअसल हरिहर मंदिर है, और इसी दावे के आधार पर अदालत ने सर्वे के आदेश दिए थे।
इस हिंसक घटनाक्रम के बाद संभल जिले में प्रशासन की ओर से स्थिति को नियंत्रण में रखने के लिए कड़े कदम उठाए गए हैं और कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए पूरी ताकत झोंकी जा रही है।
