तिरुपति मंदिर लड्डू विवाद पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की कड़ी टिप्पणी, कहा— ‘यह श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था का सवाल’
नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को तिरुपति मंदिर के प्रसिद्ध लड्डू की शुद्धता को लेकर दायर याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई के दौरान तीखी टिप्पणी की। अदालत ने कहा कि तिरुपति लड्डू से जुड़ा मामला श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था से जुड़ा हुआ है और इसे हल्के में नहीं लिया जा सकता।
सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने आंध्र प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू द्वारा जारी लैब रिपोर्ट की समयसीमा पर भी सवाल उठाए। इस रिपोर्ट में यह दावा किया गया था कि लड्डू बनाने में इस्तेमाल किए गए घी में मछली का तेल, गाय का मांस और सूअर की चर्बी के अंश पाए गए थे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस रिपोर्ट की समयसीमा पर आपत्ति जताई और कहा कि इस तरह की जांच रिपोर्ट को सार्वजनिक करना, विशेष रूप से प्रेस के माध्यम से, उचित नहीं था।

‘मिलावटी घी अस्वीकार्य’
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पूछा कि क्या इस बात के ठोस सबूत हैं कि लड्डू बनाने में मिलावटी घी का इस्तेमाल हुआ है? कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि देवताओं से जुड़े मामलों को राजनीति से दूर रखा जाना चाहिए। सुनवाई के दौरान सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने भी कहा कि आस्था का यह मामला बेहद संवेदनशील है और अगर मिलावटी घी का इस्तेमाल किया गया है तो यह पूरी तरह से अस्वीकार्य है।
