UKSSSC की 23 परीक्षाओं को आयोजित कराएगा UKPSC, एक हफ्ते के भीतर जारी होगा शेड्यूल
उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष डॉ० राकेश कुमार, पूर्व आई.ए.एस. द्वारा अवगत कराया गया है कि मा० केबिनेट की बैठक दिनांक 09 सितम्बर, 2022 में लिये गये निर्णय के क्रम में यूकेएसएसएससी की 23 परीक्षाओं के आयोजन का कार्यदायित्व उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग को सौंप दिया गया है, जिसके आलोक में आयोग द्वारा युद्ध स्तर पर अग्रेतर विभिन्न कार्यवाहियाँ प्रारम्भ कर दी गयी हैं, जो कि निम्नवत हैं:
(क) दिनांक 10 सितम्बर, 2022 को उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग एवं यूकेएसएसएससी के अधिकारियों की आहूत बैठक में स्थिति का जायजा लिया गया तथा यह मंथन किया गया कि उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा संचालित की जा रही परीक्षाओं को बाधित किये बगैर उनके साथ-साथ उक्त 23 परीक्षाओं को भी त्वरित गति से शुचितापूर्वक ढंग से समानान्तर तौर पर ( in Parallel manner) सम्पादित किया जाए।
(ख) पुनः आज दिनांक 12 सितम्बर, 2022 को लोक सेवा आयोग की बैठक में गहन विचारोपरान्त निम्नलिखित निर्णय लिये गये:
1. एक सप्ताह के अंदर परीक्षा कलेण्डर जारी किया जाएगा।
2. माह अक्टूबर-नवम्बर, 2022 में 03 से 04 महत्वपूर्ण परीक्षाओं की विज्ञप्ति प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जारी की जाएगी तथा माह दिसम्बर, 2022 जनवरी, 2023 में 03-04 परीक्षाओं का आयोजन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
3. सम्बन्धित भर्तियों के परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रमों, भर्ती नियमों, विज्ञापन आदि का बारीकी से परीक्षण कर कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी ताकि भविष्य में किसी भी विधिक अड़चन से बचा जा सके।
4. उपर्युक्त कार्य दायित्वों के सुचारू ढंग से संचालन हेतु पर्याप्त मानव एवं वित्तीय संसाधन की उपलब्धता हेतु उत्तराखण्ड शासन को आज ही अनुरोध पत्र प्रेषित किया गया है ।
5. उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग जैसी गरिमामयी संवैधानिक संस्था के प्रति जनसामान्य एवं अभ्यर्थियों का पूर्ण विश्वास बनाए रखने के दृष्टिगत उनकी पृच्छाओं / शंकाओं, यदि कोई हों, आदि के निवारण हेतु आयोग में एक पृच्छा निवारण प्रकोष्ठ (Public Grievance Redressal Cell (PGRC) स्थापित किया जा रहा है। इसका विस्तृत विवरण (Contact number, email & Social Media handle etc.) आदि पृथक से जारी किया जायेगा।
6. अभ्यर्थियों से यह अनुरोध है कि वह संयम बरतते हुए परीक्षा कलेण्डर के अनुसार अपनी तैयारी करें, उक्त परीक्षा कलेण्डर एक सप्ताह के अंदर आयोग की वेबसाईट psc.uk.gov.in पर अपलोड कर दिया जाएगा। किसी भी संशय की स्थिति में PGRC से सम्पर्क स्थापित कर समाधान प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा।
