बड़ी खबर: विधानसभा में हुई नियुक्तियों की होगी जाँच, CM धामी ने लिखा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूडी को पत्र
देहरादून: उत्तराखंड में विधानसभा में हुई नियुक्तियों पर मचे बवाल के बाद मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने इसकी जाँच के लिए संस्तुति दे दी है। मुख्यमंत्री ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को पत्र लिखते हुए कहा कि सोशल मीडिया, प्रिंट मीडिया, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया आदि में विधान सभा सचिवालय में कतिपय नियुक्तियों में अनियमितता के आरोप विगत कुछ दिनों से चर्चा में हैं। विधान सभा एक गरिमामय स्वायत्तशासी संवैधानिक संस्था है और इस संस्था की गरिमा को बनाये रखना हम सभी की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता रहीं हैं ।
मुख्यमंत्री ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को लिखा कि आप भी सहमत होंगी कि विधानसभा की गरिमा, शुचिता तथा उत्तराखण्ड के युवा अभ्यर्थियों की भावनाओं के दृष्टिगत निम्न बिन्दुओं पर विचार किया जाना उचित होगा :
- विधान सभा सचिवालय में की गई नियुक्तियों, जिनके सम्बन्ध में विवाद उत्पन्न हुआ है, के सम्बन्ध में उच्च स्तरीय जॉच कराया जाना एवं जॉच में कोई अनियमितता पायी जाती है तो ऐसी सभी अनियमित नियुक्तियों को निरस्त किया जाना ।
- विधान सभा सचिवालय में भविष्य में निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी नियुक्तियों के लिए प्राविधान किया जाना ।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के माध्यम से की गई नियुक्तियों में अनियमितताओं के आरोपों की गहनता से जाँच कराने एवं दोषियों के विरूद्ध कठोरतम् कार्यवाही किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में कदम उठाये जा रहे हैं। इस क्रम में मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि विधान सभा सचिवालय में नियुक्तियों को लेकर चल रहे विवाद के दृष्टिगत कृपया उपरोक्त बिन्दुओं पर विचार करने का कष्ट करेंगी।
